Coach Kari
Coach Kari is a certified 80/20 Endurance Coach, a Registered Massage Therapist since 1998, and a Mat Pilates Instructor and Personal Trainer with over 10 years of coaching experience.
She has been leading Learn to Run clinics every Spring and Fall for the past 6 years and is the founder of Cochrane Cares Running Club.
Kari believes in longevity, enjoyment, and sustainability when it comes to training — especially for women navigating different stages of life. Her approach is supportive, educational, and rooted in injury prevention.
She still races every year and is taking on the Calgary / Cochrane 70.3 this July.
Please note: Kari is not accepting 1:1 coaching clients at this time. This clinic is the only way to train with her this spring.
